I particularly enjoyed the delicious food served at the restaurant, which had a great variety at different prices. the property was also conveniently located near Sapa, with a comfortable car and driver available for a short 8-minute journey at a reasonable cost. it was a memorable experience thanks to the blend of traditional charm, luxury touches, and the wonderful staff.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel nestled in the serene mountains of North Vietnam. The breathtaking views from my comfortable and clean room were unparalleled. The friendly staff went above and beyond, arranging treks and taxis and providing exceptional service. The buffet breakfast was a treat, offering a delicious mix of local and Western cuisines. Plus, the infinity pool and on-site scooter rental added to the convenience and enjoyment of my stay.

Free breakfast with options, a lovely terrace to relax, and a year-round outdoor pool. They even have a restaurant and room service, in case I felt too lazy to leave my comfy room.

The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the beautiful valley of rice paddies. the infinity pool was a great spot for taking awesome photos, and the staff were always friendly and eager to help. the hotel's location outside of the town provided a peaceful and secluded getaway, away from the hustle and bustle.

There was ongoing construction right next to our room, which started early in the morning. This was quite disruptive and could have been mentioned beforehand.

They were attentive and accommodating, especially a girl named Thuy. From allowing us to check in early at no extra cost to providing delicious food , we felt well taken care of. the upgraded cottages were charming and comfortable, with beautiful views from the balcony. the location was peaceful and offered direct access to treks through Lao Chai village. the staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging a local guide for us. it was a stunning, relaxing place to stay.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and attentive, making our romantic escape even more special. the facilities were beautiful and the views from our room were simply breathtaking. We loved the delicious food at the restaurant and enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

The hotel is located outside of town, so some planning is required if you want to go back and forth often. However, for us, this was not a big issue as the peaceful location surrounded by nature was well worth the travel.
