We recently had a romantic escape to this hotel, and the staff were fantastic. They really went above and beyond to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction, and the rooms were beautiful. We loved the location, as it was close to a market and restaurants, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the free shuttle transport to explore the surrounding area. we had a really lovely stay.

Our stay at Lotus Aroma Sapa was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The rooms were beautiful and the entire hotel was kept immaculately clean. We loved the location, with the market nearby and a bit less noise compared to other hotels in the area. The Lotus restaurant served an excellent breakfast, and we also enjoyed the lunch and dinner options. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Sapa.
