Staff is friendly and helpful, providing motorbike rentals in great condition. the property offers a variety of common areas for relaxation and work, including a swimming pool and pub.

I had an unexpected room upgrade to a massive private room with a large bed, huge bathroom, and extra wash room/dressing room. the air conditioning and fan made the summer nights comfortable. the breakfast was basic but delicious. Overall, I had a great experience at Lotus Hostel. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Always my go-to spot! Staff found my forgotten docs once. Ideal! Free Wi-Fi, parking, AC, laundry, dining, pools. Favorite spot for my city adventures.

Excellent Stay Experience

We had an excellent experience at this hostel, from the warm welcome upon early check-in to the delicious breakfast including amazing pancakes. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with motorbike rental and providing guidance for our journey. the comfortable room, new amenities, and relaxing atmosphere made our stay memorable. One aspect to improve would be the language proficiency of front desk employees to avoid misunderstandings.

The spacious double room at Ha Giang Lotus Hostel offered a cozy vibe with soundproof walls and a comfy terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. As a budget traveller, I felt relaxed and at home in that room.

The lack of automatic toilet paper refills was a minor inconvenience for me.
