I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

The morning meal could have been better if there were more options available.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed the complementary drink upon arrival and the delicious breakfast spread. the location was perfect for my business meetings and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. the room was spacious and elegantly designed, offering a comfortable and peaceful retreat after a long day of work.

The size of the pool which was quite small, but didn't bother me much since I wasn't there for leisure. the staff seemed a bit inexperienced and unsure at times, but overall they were friendly and helped with any requests I had.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the major tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with special touches like a roll top bath and complimentary bathing salts. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

Comparing to other five-star hotels, the service may be slightly slower as the hotel is still relatively new and working on mastering the highest standards.

We had a fantastic stay at Mai House, the newly renovated hotel just a short distance from the city center. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. We also enjoyed the evening tea and cappuccino, some of the best in town. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. Free parking for residents was an added bonus. we highly recommend this hotel for its affordable price and excellent amenities.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel and were impressed with the exclusive amenities provided. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional and the massage service was top-notch. the stunning outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and poolside snack bar was the perfect place to unwind. the hotel's restaurant served a delicious meal with a great selection of special diet menus.

The only minor issue was with the location advantage. Although the hotel offered complimentary beach umbrellas, the surroundings were noisy during the night.
