I recently visited Taj Santacruz for the third time in the past few months. The rooms are incredibly spacious and luxurious, with amazing views of the runway. The service and hospitality provided by the staff are top-notch, with special mention to Rajnish and Mr. Sharma for their exceptional care and attention. The food at the hotel is delicious, and the chef even made us a special cake. a wonderful experience thanks to the warm and welcoming staff.

the comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the bathroom was both spacious and well-appointed. the hotel staff, especially Chef Johny Dabre and Niyaj, were accommodating and made my stay enjoyable. the warmth and hospitality I received at the hotel helped alleviate my homesickness, and the overall experience surpassed my previous stays at other hotels in the city.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel located right across the airport. The location was perfect for our needs as we had an early morning flight to catch. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with 24-hour room service, car hire, and airport shuttle available. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe. Our stay was made even better by the leisure spa and wellness centre, where we enjoyed a full body massage and access to the outdoor swimming pool.

Although the staff seemed a bit tired, they still provided us with excellent hospitality and made us feel welcome. We recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a comfortable stay with great amenities that include a fitness centre, poolside snack bar, and restaurant.

Conveniently located next to the airport with no noise disturbance. Room was spacious and comfortable with high-end toiletries. Breakfast included in room rate was delicious and gym facilities were impressive. Prepaid taxis were available just outside the hotel for easy transportation.

Totally enjoyed my stay during my business trip! the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi exceeded my expectations. Conveniently located just a short taxi ride from the airport and subway, making travel easy. the fitness center was clean and offered all the equipment I needed for my workout.

The noise level was a bit high, and I could hear the traffic outside my window, but it didn't affect my sleep quality at all. I found the check-in process a bit confusing, and the staff was not as friendly as I would have liked.

The venue is stunning and well-maintained. Rooms are comfortable and exquisitely decorated. the Fitness Centre and Spa are excellent, as well as the Sauna and Massage. the private facilities offer exclusive amenities that make your stay a luxurious experience. Dining options serve delicious food and the bar area offers a great environment for socializing.

On arrival, we had to carry our own luggage up to the scanner despite hotel staff being present, which was rather awkward.
