The staff provides excellent service and the buffet breakfast is delicious. the facilities are modern and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.

The food and drink selection was exceptional, and I wish we had stayed for two nights instead of just one!

Our thanksgiving experience was absolutely fantastic! We were delighted with the deluxe cabins that had a shower and a jacuzzi. the staff was very friendly, and they arranged a complimentary cake and flowers for my son's birthday, which made it very special. the buffet spread was exceptional, and we enjoyed exploring caves and kayaking. the views were stunning and left us with some unforgettable memories.

Although we had an amazing experience, there were some minor shortcomings. the location of the pier was a bit far from good hotels, but luckily we managed to find one the night before.

The service was impeccable and the spa & wellness center was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Sauna and jacuzzi were absolute highlights that soothed the body completely. Pastoral sun terrace and sun loungers provide the ultimate experience of serenity. Private facilities like in-room breakfast and special diet menus exceed expectations.

The live entertainment was a disappointment during my stay. The karaoke was subpar and could use some improvement.
