The breakfast buffet was wicked good, and the staff? So friendly, made ya feel right at home. The pools were a blast too, nice and tiered. Just wished the room had a bit more comfort—felt like I was sittin’ on a rock with those chairs. Pools closing at ten is a bummer. I could have soaked all night.

I had a lovely experience at Andaz Maui At Wailea Resort, A Concept By Hyatt. The hotel provided an excellent daily buffet breakfast, which featured an array of tropical fruits and freshly baked goods. The staff, especially Max and Jayden at the pool, offered attentive service. Additionally, the snorkeling opportunities right off the beach were fantastic, allowing us to see sea turtles daily.

Food and drink prices were high.

The Andaz Maui truly feels like a slice of paradise. The amazing staff, especially by the pools, created a welcoming vibe. Watching turtles while snorkeling, I felt at home in this beautiful tropical setting.

The Andaz Maui was stunning! Our King Room had a partial ocean view and was impeccably clean. The staff was friendly, and the myriad of complimentary activities made our stay worthwhile! 😍

Stunning beach access, but high resort fees annoyed me.

Stunning infinity pools and great snorkeling right off the beach made our stay memorable. Food and drinks were quite pricey, which was a bit disappointing.

oh, where do I start? the beach staff were downright unfriendly, didn’t care one bit about my comfort. and i had to chase down towels at the beach, seriously? with the pristine service i expected, i should have received a warm welcome gift or something. guess i was just another room number after all. inconvenient.

Had a fab 4-night stay! The rooms were spacious with stunning views, and loved the lounge facilities for early arrivals. The beach setup with all the gear included made everything a breeze!

But those beds felt like I was sleeping on a board—definitely not a love nest! And the prices at the restaurants? I nearly had a heart attack looking at the menus.

layout was a bit awkward, especially the bathroom setup. Still, the staff's friendliness and attentiveness stood out. We loved the complimentary activities like snorkeling and the delicious breakfast at Ka'ana kitchen. Overall, it felt like a true escape.
