The room on the 8th floor was nice. Responsive staff fixed the safe quickly. Free upgrade to a spacious suite. Good breakfast with a variety of cuisines. Supermarket next door.

During my recent stay in Quang Tri, I had an excellent experience at a centrally located hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a clean bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and provided great service. Although I didn't have time for breakfast, I've heard they serve a delicious spread. The hotel also offers a convenient location, making it easy to visit nearby attractions like Phong Nha caves. it was a pleasant stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant service could be improved with better English communication skills.

The breakfast had a wide variety of selections to choose from which was great. the hotel's location was convenient as it was located in the heart of the city and everything was accessible with a short walk. the big room size was a plus and the view from the room was stunning.

The staff were pushy and dodgy. While in the spa, I had uncomfortable physical contact and it was generally an unpleasant experience.
