The staff is friendly and can speak Cantonese and Mandarin, which was handy. the location is excellent, surrounded by various dining options and close to shopping centers. the room I stayed in had a balcony, allowing for fresh air.

The cleanliness was subpar with cobwebs in the room. Amenities were not replenished promptly.
