I always return for my trips. At my first stay, staff helped with late check-in. the hotel suits perfectly, with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception/security, bar/restaurant. Air conditioning, no smoking, and more amenities make me never regret coming back.

The staff is friendly and can speak Cantonese and Mandarin, which was handy. the location is excellent, surrounded by various dining options and close to shopping centers. the room I stayed in had a balcony, allowing for fresh air.

The cleanliness was subpar with cobwebs in the room. Amenities were not replenished promptly.
