We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional - young, enthusiastic, and genuinely caring for their guests. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was spotlessly clean and had a balcony overlooking the street, providing lots of light. The hotel is located in a great spot, within walking distance to all areas of central Hanoi. We loved that it was not in the main backpacker/clubbing area, as it was quiet at night. The hotel staff provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the city. The breakfast selection was good, catering to both Western and Vietnamese tastes.

During our city break in Hanoi, we had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions we had, and even helped us arrange transportation to key attractions like Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the airport. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated strategically in the busy town center. Despite the bustling atmosphere outside, our room on the fourth floor was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered various services and tours, making it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike about our stay at this hotel. it provided excellent value for money.

The hotel facilities were well organized, offering airport pick-up services, day trip arrangements, and flight ticket bookings. The location was excellent, with the hotel being quite close to the lake and within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions in this city. The staff, including the manager and other employees, were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces.

And the best part? We could easily book tours and transportation through the hotel.

Our stay was marred by one major downside: noise. From 6am, we were woken up by loud slamming doors and shouting staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Hanoi. The location is fantastic, as it is close to both the lake and market, and within walking distance of most attractions. The room was very nice, with a bright balcony that offered a lovely view of the city. The bathroom was clean, with just a small hair on the wall. The staff was extremely friendly and provided exceptional customer service. They even arranged for a private car to pick me up from the airport at a reasonable price. The hotel also offered a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide range of options.

I was disappointed to discover that the hotel charges an extra 3% for credit card payments, which I found excessive compared to other hotels I have stayed at.
