Bay, another staff member, arranged discounted entry to Ba Na Hills Sunworld and a taxi to Hoi An, making my sightseeing experience even better. I was touched by their gesture of organizing a lovely cake and romantic surprises for my friends on their honeymoon. Any issues I had were swiftly resolved, and the hotel's service was truly exceptional. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. While my overall stay was fantastic, there were a few minor areas for improvement. The room window could have been a bit cleaner from the inside, and there was a curtain that couldn't be moved.

As a bigger group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. The front office executive went out of her way to provide us with details about places to visit and even arranged tours for us. She also helped us with flight tickets to other cities. The breakfast had a good selection and the breakfast room had a nice view of the beach. The hotel is also conveniently located just a block away from the beach.

We felt right at home and had nothing to complain about.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. the yogurt and fruit at breakfast were nice too. the hotel was located near some popular attractions and restaurants which was really convenient.

Plus, the noise from rowdy tourists made it difficult to sleep at night. it was a decent stay but there were definitely some disappointments.
