I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ninh Binh. The location was perfect for cycling, with beautiful scenery and easy access to the Tam Coc boat tour and Hang Mua. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious, with a great view even on a rainy day. The staff provided excellent service, with Annie arranging a taxi for our sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was always attentive. it was a fantastic experience.

The shower could benefit from a curtain for added convenience and to prevent water from splashing outside.

The facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a refreshing swimming pool. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of both Western and Asian options. we had a fantastic experience at Hidden Charm Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ninh Binh.

The staff, especially Ms Trang Dao and Dinh Huyen, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The location in Tam Coc was perfect, as it provided a peaceful and tourist-friendly environment. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, and the staff throughout my stay were friendly and attentive.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel exceeded my expectations. Service was top-notch and the staff, especially Jessica, were friendly and knowledgeable in providing us with great advice on local attractions. Our room boasted exclusive advantages such as a super comfy bed and a wonderful view. the continental breakfast buffet was very tasty with a wide range of western classics and Vietnamese dishes.

With spacious and clean rooms, guests are treated to a stunning view of the mountains and birds in flight, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

We had a great stay at Hidden Charm Hotel & Resort. the pool and restroom were clean, and we really enjoyed the pool. the gym was also well-maintained and decent for a hotel gym. the room and balcony, though smaller than expected, had nice interiors. We were pleased to find that our room had both a standing shower and a bathtub. the breakfast was decent, with omelette and pho on demand. the location was perfect - quiet and relaxing. the bed and pillows were super comfy, and despite a few staff members only speaking basic English, the majority were friendly. the hotel had a cozy atmosphere, and the manager and PR manager were accommodating in fulfilling my request for a room with a better view. In the end, I had a room overlooking the rice fields and limestone mountains. the WiFi connectivity in the room was good, and the staff was very helpful, even remembering where we sat for breakfast the day before. it was a pleasant experience.

The staff, especially Mr Phan and Miss Trang, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel facilities, transportation, and even gave me directions around the city. The hotel itself was very clean and the swimming pool was a great addition. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. Dinh Huyen, the staff member in the restaurant, made me feel very welcome and provided excellent service on the 28th of May.

The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent advice for organizing our trip. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and wonderful views. The breakfast options are delicious, offering a wide variety of both Western and Vietnamese dishes.

The staff was excellent and provided great customer service. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, bars, and boat rides. There are bicycles available for rent at a cheap price. The breakfast had a large selection of local foods. The cocktails at the hotel restaurant were delicious and reasonably priced. The rooms had lovely views over the pool and mountains.
