The Sheraton Hotel in Shantou is perfect for backpackers with a big shopping mall nearby and plenty of nice food options. The staff is cheerful and helpful. The hotel is beautifully lit at night, luxurious, and offers spacious rooms. The gym facilities are excellent and the food is very good.

I had an incredible stay at the Sheraton in Shantou. The hotel is centrally located with stunning water views from some rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The 2nd floor restaurant exceeded my expectations with its excellent cuisine. The Executive Lounge provided a peaceful atmosphere and a great breakfast selection. The state-of-the-art gym was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Shantou.

The hotel had a great breakfast that had a lot of options to choose from. the hotel is also located in a really good place where it was easy to get to restaurants and shops within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful which was awesome.

The hotel may not be ideal for international guests as the staff struggled to communicate in English. This did pose a problem when ordering room service as we could not get what we wanted.

Luxury at a reasonable cost. the room was very spacious and the mattress was firm and comfortable. the hotel's location was great, with a high-end shopping mall nearby and convenience stores within walking distance. the buffet breakfast was fabulous, with a good range and quality of food.

The rooms were a bit dark and there wasn't a full-length mirror, which might be a concern for some guests. the lobby had too few seats and the restaurant was overcrowded during breakfast, with guests having to hunt for seats themselves and even sharing tables with strangers.

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est absolument exceptionnel, offrant une véritable immersion dans la nature luxuriante des Cévennes. L'authenticité et la sérénité qui s'en dégagent sont incomparables. Les chambres d'hôtes sont d'un grand confort, parfaites pour se détendre et se ressourcer. De plus, le salon et la salle à manger privative ajoutent une touche d'intimité supplémentaire à l'expérience.
