The best part of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. the ship itself was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable accommodations. We also enjoyed the delicious and plentiful food, which catered to any dietary restrictions we had.

It would have been helpful to know beforehand that the connection would be limited or non-existent. the activities provided during the cruise were not as extensive as we had hoped.

Incredible experience with Paradise Luxury Sails Cruise. The scenic beauty of the bay was mesmerizing. The food served onboard was absolutely delicious, and the organized excursions were fascinating. Even though the rooms were a bit small, they were comfortable and well-appointed. I highly recommend this cruise.

The experience with Paradise on Halong Bay was great. Immediate responses, seamless transfers, and a comfy balcony cabin with stunning views. Gourmet food, friendly staff, and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Highly recommend the sea plane option and kayaking excursion. Truly memorable.

We arrived at the pier and were greeted by friendly staff who helped us with our bags. The location between the boats made it easy to board the cruise ship. Once out in the bay, the scenery was stunning, with breathtaking views of limestone caves. The cabin was spacious and comfortable, with special treats provided for our honeymoon. The service on board was excellent, with helpful and accommodating staff who made our trip enjoyable.

The crowds in the bay were a bit overwhelming, making it difficult to fully enjoy the experience.

The food was phenomenal, and the service was exceptional. Our private balcony gave us a stunning view of the incredible landscape. We also appreciated the guided tour that showed us hidden spots and unique aspects of the area.

The price we paid for this experience was not in balance with the value we received.

We even got upgraded to the Paradise Elegance, which was a pleasant surprise. the crew went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, including arranging a lovely private dinner on deck. If you're looking for a truly memorable experience in Halong Bay, Paradise Cruises is the way to go.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel with its excellent service and exclusive amenities. the full body massage at the Spa centre was revitalizing and the sun terrace provided an exceptional view. the private facilities in the room were luxurious and added to the comfort. the restaurant offered a fantastic breakfast and the bar/lounge area had an extensive selection of drinks.

The only slight issue I had was the limited location advantages on offer. While the venue offered an astounding scenery, there weren't many activities to engage in besides the relaxed atmosphere on board.

The boat was stunning, with beautiful rooms and a spacious sun deck. The staff were friendly and efficient, catering to all our needs. The food was superb and the kayaking and swimming were enjoyable. The terrace off the suite room was a nice touch. The spa was great, although the room was a bit chilly.
