Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the shower not working perfectly and the lack of vegetarian dishes at breakfast, my overall experience at Paradise Saigon Boutique Hotel & Spa was positive. The hotel is conveniently located near the bustling Ben Thanh market, making it a great base for exploring the city. It is situated right in the center of D1 District, allowing easy access to the Nguyen Trai shopping street and a Vincom shopping center. The rooms are clean, especially the bathrooms, and the staff is highly attentive and accommodating. They speak English and are available 24/7 at the reception. The breakfast, served from 6 to 10 am, offers a variety of delicious options. Additionally, there are always taxis and Grab cars available on the nearby busy street.

The pool closes quite early, at 7 pm, limiting the opportunity to enjoy a swim after a day of exploration.

The location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to major attractions like Ben Tanh market and the War Remnants Museum. I had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

One minor inconvenience I encountered was the steep stairs at the front entrance, but this is to be expected in Vietnam. However, the helpful staff, especially Leo and Ken, were always there to assist with carrying luggage, which made it much easier.
