The staff at Villa De Pranakorn were incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted us with a smile each day and were always ready to offer suggestions and assistance. They even helped us make dinner reservations and arrange transportation. The overall experience was delightful.

The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of the entirety of the Old City Center and close to all main attractions. The room was big and comfortable, with a beautiful bathtub and friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist us. Additionally, the breakfast offered a limited but delicious variety of options.

The air conditioning in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

Our only criticism was that the shower in our room didn't work properly, and we had to wait a while for the drain to clear after each use.

The highlight for me was definitely the pool, a real pleasure after a long day of exploring. The beds were also huge and very comfortable. Plus, we booked a room with a tub and it was exceptional, we got to use it frequently. Highly recommend!

The exclusive amenities of this hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable, with high-quality bed and plush pillows. the bathroom had superb brand and quality bathtub and shower, with Panpuri toiletries. the room was equipped with American Standard sink, Toto WC, Electrolux iron and fridge, and safe box.

There was a minor issue regarding the drainage in the room, which led to a slow drain after taking a shower.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the entirety of the Old City Center. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which we liked, and in the older city part of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent.
