We recently stayed at Pelican Classic Cruise for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The private terrace with sun chairs was a great addition to our room, and the comfortable bed made for a restful sleep. The boat was very stable, barely noticeable movement. The view from the hotel was absolutely incredible, definitely worth the trip and money. The staff, especially the aim host and lady who handled the tours, were polite, informative, and had a great sense of humor. a fantastic stay at Pelican Classic Cruise.

The Halong Bay views are amazing. The trip was okay considering limited access to the Bay. The location is stunning.

Nothing not too like.

The location of the cruise is one of its highlights. With breathtaking scenery, it takes you to the most beautiful area in the Bay Area. The cabins offer picture windows and some even have balconies, allowing you to truly immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings. The service provided by the staff is pleasant and English-speaking. The food is excellent, with exquisite presentation. The cruise is well-organized and offers a variety of tours/experiences. The minibus service from the hotel in Hanoi is convenient.

There is only limited wifi available on the boat, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

The boat excursions were very interesting and well organized. We got to see some breathtaking scenery and a fascinating floating village. the staff onboard were always friendly and helpful, which made for a great atmosphere. the meals were generally of good quality and we enjoyed the amazing view from our room.

The cleanliness of the boat could have been better, but we noticed that it was a challenge to maintain it since it was a boat. Some of the food wasn't as good as we expected, particularly the first day lunch.

The transportation was punctual, taking us directly to the port. The scenery during the cruise was breathtaking, especially on the quieter second day. The food onboard was delicious and the crew went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The cabins were comfortable and provided stunning views.

the exclusive amenities, including the spa and wellness centre, sun terrace, and beach access, were impeccable. the restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious cuisine and cocktails, with special diet options available. the private facilities in the room were top-notch, making for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the beach umbrellas and towels. While they were provided, they were limited in number and sometimes difficult to obtain.

We had an incredible three-day cruise to Halong Bay, and the location on Ti Top beach was simply breathtaking. Despite the crowded bay, the staff on Pelican One made sure we had a fantastic experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large cozy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The breakfast options were mouthwatering, and the view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. The facilities on board were fantastic, and we enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge area with a refreshing drink in hand.

One disappointment was the lack of wifi on the boat.
