The food at Ana Y Jose Hotel & Spa was simply outstanding. Every meal we had was delicious and beautifully presented. It truly exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and quality. The chefs and kitchen staff really know what they're doing.

Although there was some noise from the road outside, the staff did their best to address the issue and provided ear plugs to help alleviate the disturbance. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall ambiance of the hotel was tranquil and serene, especially with the beautiful beach just steps away.

During my stay at Ana Y Jose Hotel & Spa, I had a memorable experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. The covered beach beds were a highlight, providing a comfortable and relaxing space. The staff, especially Paulina, Roberto, and Alan, went above and beyond to ensure our safety during a hurricane. The beach itself was stunning, with white sand and clear water. I would highly recommend this hotel for a beach getaway.

Beautiful rooms steps from pool and beach, attentive staff, great location near bars, restaurants, boutiques, and beach clubs. Second room close to pool with queen bed and day bed, perfect for small family. Easy access to pool, beach, and room. Night staff caring and helpful, felt like family. Nice to communicate via text.

The value for money was excellent and the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and eat. The staff treated us amazingly, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

The wait staff at the hotel were great, especially Miguel. They were friendly, sweet, and provided excellent service. the grounds of the hotel were absolutely gorgeous. the hotel is located in a prime location, which was a major plus. I loved being close to the beach and having easy access to downtown Tulum.

The hotel invited us to a club member presentation, which turned out to be a complete waste of time. It felt like attending a time share presentation, and we regretted falling for it.

The staff is amazing, pools are awesome, spacious and well-designed rooms, efficient parking/valet service, good breakfast. Terrific location close to everything, delightful staff, perfect rooms, small and perfectly sized resort.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel situated directly on the beautiful Tulum beach. The location was perfect, with easy access to great beach clubs and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a rain shower and a full-size mirror. The staff was amazing, especially Paulina, who provided exceptional concierge service. The complimentary breakfast may have been simple, but the beachfront view made it truly special.

As guests with disabilities, we loved the accessible facilities and amenities. The room was spacious and well-equipped for our needs.

We had a fantastic stay right on the beautiful beach. The hotel facilities were intimate and tropical, and the staff were friendly and super helpful. They even booked us a private cenote tour, which was totally worth it. The food at the hotel was great, especially when we ordered lunch on the beach multiple times. The hotel was also within walking distance to a ton of lively restaurants and partying, giving us a lot of dining options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offered turn down service with chocolates, which was a nice touch. The hotel itself had about 30 rooms, so the staff recognized us and made it feel even more special. we loved this place and would definitely return. It was a great value for the price and location.

Gorgeous beachfront hotel with incredibly attentive staff. My room was beautifully maintained and had a spacious balcony with a hammock. The customer service was exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was delicious and the beach area was pristine. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return in the future.

The location was perfect for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. Watching the sunrise every morning from the balcony was a delightful experience.

The room was not properly cleaned, and we found several bugs, which is not ideal when spending Christmas at a hotel. We had issues with the noise from nearby rooms.
