The manager, Mrs Hang, recognized us as repeat guests and personally took care of our needs. the hostel was very clean and conveniently had an elevator. the staff was helpful and provided a basic but good breakfast. We loved the happy hour from 6PM-7PM where we could enjoy a free drink. We were also impressed by the honesty of the staff when I purposely left my wallet on a bench and it was returned untouched. they quickly arranged for a carpenter to fix a wooden unit door in our room.

I had an amazing experience at Phan Anh Hotel. As a first-time visitor to Vietnam, the location was perfect and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. The breakfast was delicious and the tours they helped arrange were so convenient. The price was great and the room was spacious and comfortable. I felt safe with the 24-hour front desk and the AC worked perfectly.

Friendly staff at the front desk who are happy to share recommendations on the best local food nearby. They were like human food encyclopedias, guiding me to the culinary treasures hidden in the city.

Overpriced pick-up service.

The rooms were clean and spacious with a cold AC. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet little street close to all the attractions. We had easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and sightseeing spots. The staff at the reception were friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The free breakfast was a delight, freshly cooked and satisfying.

The location of the hotel was perfect for tourists, being close to major sights and the bus station. The breakfast provided a variety of options and was generous.- The staff were helpful and accommodating, especially Eric who was friendly and went out of his way to assist guests.

Some of the day time staff were not very friendly. The bed and pillow were quite hard and not very comfortable.

Database Position is the best hotel in HCMC, with a great location and helpful staff. They offer tours and have a secure luggage storage. Futa Bus is recommended for trips to Mekong. Clean, comfortable rooms for families. Lift access for convenience. Pleasant surprise breakfast. Close to main attractions. Free beer after 19h. Good wifi. Friendly and helpful reception.

the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their English was excellent. the location was perfect, situated in a quiet alley but still within close proximity to the airport bus stop, restaurants, and nightlife on Bui Vien street. the rooms were clean, functional, and had ensuite bathrooms that were modern and spotless. I particularly liked that the air conditioning in the dorm room could be used all day long, unlike some other hostels. the hotel provided a free and delicious Vietnamese breakfast that exceeded my expectations. Phan Anh Hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it for a stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
