My family and I had a great stay at this resort, managed by Accor. the buffet breakfast offered a delicious variety of local Vietnamese dishes, as well as some western options. We especially enjoyed the coffee mix, as Vietnamese coffee is known for its delicious flavor. the staff were kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected and recommending the kid's club to keep us entertained while we waited. the pool was spacious and had plenty of private areas, and the beach was lovely. We also appreciated the nearby restaurants and the convenience of a little store for cheaper alcohol. the room was comfortable and the facilities were well-maintained. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.

The pools were big, clean, and had comfortable sun loungers. the beach was very private, with crystal-clear water and white sand. I appreciated that they provided free kayaks and surf-boards, and the life-jackets were a nice touch. the breakfast was well-prepared and offered a good variety of options.

The hallway was not as clean as one would expect, which was the worst aspect for me. the lack of a shuttle bus meant that getting to the airport or city centre was quite expensive by taxi.

The hotel is impressive with its exclusive amenities, from the luxurious Spa & wellness centre to the stunning outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach access. the staff provided excellent service and made me feel pampered with their attentive assistance. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand while enjoying the live entertainment. Cons: the only minor issue during my stay was the lack of beach umbrellas, which made it somewhat inconvenient to stay on the beach during the day. this was not a significant concern, given the other fantastic facilities and leisure options the hotel provided.

There are also several facilities available, such as a spa, gym, and free use of kayaks, providing guests with plenty of activities to enjoy during their stay.

One downside is that the spa services can be quite expensive, potentially limiting some guests from fully enjoying this amenity.

The staff at Premier Residences were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure we had a great time. The rooms were modern and clean, and the facilities, including the huge swimming pool and beautiful beach, were amazing. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We found the hotel to be a perfect place to relax and unwind. Despite a few minor issues, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.
