I recently stayed at Saigon Amigo for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff, especially Henry, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even helped me with some extra errands. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by restaurants and pubs, yet the rooms are quiet and peaceful for a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, the soap smelled amazing, and all the amenities were perfect. I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend the hospitality of Saigon Amigo.

As a budget traveler, I really appreciated the accessible facilities at this hotel. The presence of a lift in the lobby was a huge benefit, particularly as many other hotels in Vietnam require guests to navigate multiple flights of stairs before accessing the lift. The staff were also very polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The reasonable room rates were another positive aspect for budget-conscious travelers like myself.

We had a fantastic 7-night stay at Saigon Amigo. Our main reason for choosing this hotel was its wheelchair accessibility, and we were delighted to find a lift in the lobby, unlike many other hotels in Vietnam. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. The room rate was reasonable, and the rooms, while basic, were clean and comfortable. The highlight of our experience was the interaction with all of the staff, who were always friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the great pool facilities and the hotel's central location, which allowed us to easily walk to nearby attractions.

The bed was really comfortable, and the shower in the room was in good working condition. The hotel's location downtown was great, as it was close to the center. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke English well, providing us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do in the area.

The bathroom had a slight mold issue on the walls, which could have been cleaner. Furthermore, the room was quite small, much smaller than depicted in the photos online.

Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel was exceptionally quiet, providing me with the tranquility I was looking for. The small size of the room, without windows, actually enhanced the peacefulness. The staff, especially Sun at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great shower. Saigon Amigo offered great value for money with its ideal location and peaceful atmosphere.
