The room at Sapa Catcat Hills Resort & Spa was cozy and had a balcony with a lovely mountain view, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Cons: the location of the rooms being a bit far from the main lobby was a slight inconvenience for us.

The stunning mountain views and tranquil setting of the resort truly make it a peaceful retreat. improvements could be made in terms of bed comfort and food quality.

We had a fantastic time at sapa catcat hills resort & spa. the staff were exceptional, assisting us with transport arrangements and providing valuable travel advice. the location offered stunning views, and the rooms were luxurious with a great breakfast selection. a perfect stay in a beautiful setting.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they made us feel at home. the restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. the pool area was serene, with comfortable sun loungers and a stunning view of the surrounding hills.

One minor downside was the breakfast selection, which could have been more varied. the hotel could benefit from improving the drainage in the bathrooms to prevent water from pooling on the floors.

This hotel is well-located, with stunning views and close to popular attractions. the staff is friendly, serving us tea upon arrival, and the breakfast buffet has a great spread, including an egg station. Plus, the lobby is huge and comfortable.

The room was uncomfortably cold due to the lack of heating, and the shower's hot water was intermittent. There was also poor service, with staff mistakenly trying to kick us out early on our last day.

The level of service at Sapa Catcat Hills Resort & Spa was excellent, and the location was perfect. The breakfast had a varied choice of both Vietnamese and international dishes. My room with a balcony was absolutely fabulous, despite a tree partially blocking the view. The staff were helpful in overcoming language barriers and provided great advice for organizing trekking tours. Additionally, the motorbike hire was cheap and convenient. The amazing views of Mt Fansipan added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the resort offers incredible views, which can truly be described as breathtaking. The spacious and comfortable rooms provide a comfortable stay, while the restaurant offers good quality meals for both dinner and breakfast. The option to access SaPa town on foot is possible, with the availability of electric taxi cars for convenience.

The access to and from the rooms could pose an issue for some guests, as the resort is set on a steep hillside.
