I recently had an incredible stay at a hotel on Phu Quoc Island. The location is perfect, situated on a beautiful beach near Mango Bay resort and other popular spots like the zoo. The room was spacious and furnished to a high standard, with a large shower and separate freestanding bath. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to meet any requests. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the ocean from the room.

There were some issues with the management of the restaurant staff, who seemed overwhelmed and struggled with English.

The value for money at this hotel is amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The location is perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the best restaurants and the night market. The staff treated us like royalty, they were incredibly friendly and attentive.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

During my recent stay at Seashells Hotel, I had the pleasure of enjoying a truly 5-star experience. The room I stayed in on the 4th floor had a stunning sea view that took my breath away. The food, especially the room service, was top-notch and could easily pass as restaurant-quality. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast spread was simply staggering. I couldn't have asked for more.

Great service with modern and nice rooms. the breakfast buffet was quite good and offered a variety of options. the hotel staff arranged our arrival and departure, which removed the hassle of figuring out transportation. the hotel is located in a convenient spot, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

There was a garbage place nearby that burned daily, resulting in an unpleasant smell. the beach could have been cleaner as there was some trash visible.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers convenience and accessibility to popular attractions. Within walking distance of the vibrant night market, you can easily explore local cuisine and indulge in shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options to start your day. The hotel also boasts a well-maintained swimming pool with stunning sunset views, perfect for relaxation after a busy day of exploring.

The hotel lacks certain amenities, such as a Pilates or yoga area, which would be a great addition for guests seeking wellness activities.

Lovely staff, excellent service, delicious food and drinks, beautiful sunset views, free water activities, infinity pool overlooking the beach. Highly recommended for a stylish and relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was great, with a nice view and just a short walk to the night market. The room was spacious and clean, with a large shower and comfortable beds. The staff were very attentive and did their best to meet any requests. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a variety of western and local foods. The pool area was well-maintained and the spa facilities were top-notch.

There was an issue with smoking as it was allowed everywhere, which made some meals and lounging by the pool less enjoyable.

the luxurious amenities, including the infinity pool, provided relaxation and comfort. the location is ideal, close to various attractions and dining options. the Spa & wellness centre was one of the best we've seen, offering an extensive range of beauty treatments and massages. the staff is professional and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met at all times.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of beach umbrellas. Although the hotel is beachfront, we had to resort to using the sun loungers without any shade.

New luxury accomodation with friendly staff, walking distance to night market and free activities on resort. Delicious seafood buffet with free flow drinks and desserts. Chefs even made special oysters for us. Excellent customer service, 5-star feel, pool with sea view, and comfortable rooms. Close to shops and cafes, definitely worth staying again.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the wide selection of delicious breakfast options available. The hotel provided us with a variety of plant-based dishes that catered to our dietary preferences, ensuring we could enjoy a satisfying meal each morning.

We felt very well looked after, without any complaints at all. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making us feel like valued guests throughout our time there.

We stayed at Seashells Phu Quoc for 5 nights and loved it. The two-bedroom suite was spacious and had stunning views of both the beach and the city. We even added a rollaway bed for our third child. The hotel itself is luxurious, with a picturesque infinity pool and delicious breakfast options. The staff was incredibly pleasant and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. They even brought a special cacao drink for my child with a heart on it. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
