We had a fantastic stay in the vibrant city. The location was perfect, with a traditional market nearby and easy access to District 1. The tourist attractions were just a short distance away. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained with all the necessary facilities. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to our needs. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the view from our room was breathtaking.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The facilities were great, with a gym, swimming pool, and multiple amenities nearby. The location was key, with easy access to city transportation and a close by supermarket. The shuttle service was an added advantage, making it easy to get around during my stay.

The staff seemed inexperienced and unhelpful, often giving incorrect information about local attractions and services. The receptionist at checkout was particularly unfriendly, making the process less enjoyable.

Location proved to be tricky, but the hotel had transportation upon request. this hotel indulged my needs for exclusivity with its posh amenities, which far outweigh my minor disappointments with the spa facilities.
