The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. The decor of the hotel was absolutely stunning, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk or inexpensive taxi ride to the old town. It was great to have the option to explore the town on the free bicycles provided by the hotel.

The walls between the rooms were quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring guests and the corridor. This was a bit of a disturbance, especially in the early mornings.

The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It is located away from the busiest tourist spots, providing a more authentic experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms equipped with lovely showers. The staff is friendly and polite, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast options are fair and the bar staff is attentive. Additionally, the hotel offers bikes for guests to explore the area at any time.

Some guests mentioned that the towels provided were dirty, which could be improved.

Our Christmas stay was a great experience. the hotel was beautifully decorated and had a lovely pool area with lush green plants. Breakfast offered a variety of hot meals, fresh fruits and made-to-order eggs. the hotel was conveniently located close to the city center and offered free bicycles for exploring the area.

Although the hotel offered many amenities, we found the lack of storage space in the room to be inconvenient. There were only a few hooks available and no wardrobes.

This hotel is a hidden gem with a vintage Vietnamese vibe that creates a unique experience. the spacious and modern rooms are beautifully decorated with vibrant colors and exquisite design elements. the staff is friendly and professional, making sure all my exclusive amenities needs were met. the swimming pool provides a relaxing spot to cool off.

The Sauna and Spa & Wellness Centre offers fantastic treatments for total relaxation. Cons: Although the room was super clean and well-decorated, the artworks in the room were a bit busy and overwhelming.
