The neighborhood felt unsafe at night!!! Poor sound insulation made sleep difficult due to noise from neighbors!!! Limited room facilities left much to be desired!!! The shower design lacked privacy, really awkward design choice!!!

Also, I can't forget the daily breakfast options were not only delicious but also healthy and priced well.
