the hotel staff spoke English and were very helpful, even during the night. the room was equipped with a great window that isolated sounds, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. the curtains were also effective in blocking out sunlight, making it possible to rest during the daytime. the air conditioning worked well, and there was a safe and a small fridge in the room. the convenient light switches near the bed made it easy to control the room's lighting without getting up. the hotel's location near the Torrassa metro station was a major plus, especially for getting to and from the airport. the hotel is situated on narrow streets, providing shade from the hot sun.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is located in a not very nice area of the city, but that didn't bother me at all. In fact, it provided a unique experience of seeing the local residents and their everyday lives. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, from the receptionists who greeted me with a smile and even offered me a free coca cola when they saw how tired I was, to the young lady and gentleman at the reception on the 29th of October who went out of their way to assist me. The room was super clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a window from floor to ceiling, which provided plenty of natural light and fresh air. The high ceiling of the room also added to its charm. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
