The hotel had excellent service, especially from the receptionist Ha. She provided great guidance for sightseeing and recommended delicious local food. The breakfast and sandwiches were delightful. The location was convenient, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem lake.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The staff were absolutely amazing and made our check-in process a breeze, even though we arrived early. They even arranged an airport pick up for us, which was very convenient. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within easy walking distance of many of Hanoi's major sightseeing attractions. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. The breakfast included was a great bonus and the staff always greeted us with huge smiles. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hanoi Inner Hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the St Joseph Cathedral and many great restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Hanoi.
