We had an unfortunate encounter with a big spider in our room, but the staff at Pilgrim Boutique handled the situation exceptionally well. They immediately upgraded our room and were sincerely apologetic about the incident. The accessibility and affordability of the property make it worth recommending. this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Great location right in the heart of the city and handy for local attractions. Very clean rooms and fantastic customer service. the hotel staff was very helpful, friendly; easy to communicate with them. They were always happy to assist with information and even provide tour arrangements at a reasonable price.

My experience was ruined due to uncleanliness within the hotel. My room was dirty, unsanitary, and the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in.
