We had an amazing time at this hotel in the outskirts of Benidorm. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, allowing us to relax and unwind. The buffet-style restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all our tastes. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met. In addition, the beautiful pool area was a highlight, providing a tranquil space to soak up the sun.

There were language barriers with some of the staff, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

The facilities at this hotel were luxurious, with exclusive amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center. We particularly enjoyed the spa lounge and massage treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were also highlights, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided. the restaurant served delicious food, and we appreciated the in-room breakfast option. the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, with a peaceful garden area and seasonal outdoor pool.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service. Although friendly, the staff did not speak much English and had difficulty understanding some of our requests.
