The location in the heart of the action, along with comfortable rooms and a glorious rooftop, made our stay at Tirant Hotel a pleasure. The amazing team went above and beyond to help us with the chaos and extra requests that traveling with two young children can create.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we could easily walk to the lake and explore the Old Quarter. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bathroom had great shower pressure. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar with its 360-degree views of the city.

The windowless room option was unappealing, but luckily we were able to upgrade to a nicer room with a balcony for an additional cost.

They were always willing to go the extra mile to assist us with anything we needed. The newly renovated room we were upgraded to was absolutely stunning, with beautiful gold fittings and furniture. The shower and bathroom were luxurious, and the room itself was quiet and comfortable. The pool was a nice place to relax, and the happy hour drinks were great value. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of both western and Asian cuisines, and the egg chef was happy to accommodate our preferences. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Tirant Hotel to others.

Spent Christmas at this hotel. Two complimentary drinks upon arrival were great. the location is fantastic. Really close to the market and other attractions. the room service staff were kind and helpful when I asked for extra towels. Great view from the rooftop bar. I saw the fireworks from the bar which was a bonus.

The breakfast wasn't great, very limited options and not very appetising. the bathroom was a bit odd, as it had a glass wall that made it awkward for privacy.

We got incredible value for our money with a beautiful room upgrade and a private car to the airport. The hotel staff treated us like VIPs, always friendly, attentive, and happy to assist with any request or recommendation. The location was perfect, and the rooftop bar and restaurant with stunning views were a highlight of our stay.

The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They remembered my name throughout my stay and even brought me a cup of their special tea without me asking. They were also attentive to my friend's safety when she was going out late at night. The rooms were spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The rooftop bar offered a peaceful retreat with delicious drinks and stunning views. I highly recommend staying here.
