The location of this hotel is excellent. It's just a short walk to the beach and there are several modern shopping malls nearby. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. The management and staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or issues that arose. The hotel is well operated and any problems were quickly addressed. the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of food to cater to both Asian and Western tastes. Highly recommended!

There were a couple of negative aspects to my stay. the bathroom had a strong smell of cigarette smoke when we first entered the room.

We enjoyed the spacious room, comfortable bed, and stunning view from the balcony. The hotel's rooftop pool was a great bonus with its nice city view. The staff members, especially Phat and Duyen, were friendly and accommodating. We received a complimentary floating breakfast in the pool and some fruit and wine. The 10 items of free daily laundry service were a wonderful benefit. we had a great experience at the hotel.

The walls were quite thin and not soundproof, leading to noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. The construction nearby was also quite noisy and disruptive.

The hotel offered two complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was great as it was within walking distance of both the beach and local shops. One of the best aspects was the rooftop pool with beautiful views of the city.

There was little to no privacy in the room as neighboring hotels can look directly into the room. the pillows were too high and resulted in a sore neck.

The staff was helpful and accommodating.

This place is a great spot for a retreat as it offers a wonderful location close to the picturesque Ba Ho waterfalls, it's good for those who love to spend their day near the beach or on a nearby island. The staff here provided excellent room service, service for hiring a car, dry cleaning, laundry, valet parking, and shuttle services as well as a welcome drink which was a delight. In addition, the room included soundproofed walls, a terrace, garden furniture, and offer a mini-bar and ironing facilities for the visitors' convenience. The staff at the reception desk were truly remarkable and went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome.

This is the kind of place that I'll definitely recommend for everyone, especially if they're looking for a spot with great service and a good location.

The noise from the ongoing construction in the area can be bothersome.

On our recent stay at V Hotel, we got incredible value for our money with a free upgrade to a spacious and comfortable suite. The room was amazing, with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of everything, and the staff were always helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection. It could have had a little more variety for vegetarians.
