The staff were amazing and made the experience enjoyable. The activities organized, such as the cave exploration and kayaking in Lan Ha Bay, were fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with incredible views. The tour guide provided useful commentary and the overall service was top-notch.

The tour guide was expert and friendly from the moment he picked us up from the hotel. the boat was well-structured with plenty of activities and delicious food options. We loved the bamboo boat and kayaking on the bay, which gave us an excellent view of the scenic greenery around.

We could only stay for a shorter period, and the trip felt a little rushed. We also had to pay extra for coffee, and alcoholic beverages were expensive.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Cat Hai. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the stunning views. The bathroom was fabulous, complete with a jacuzzi tub for added relaxation. The hotel's cuisine was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes. I particularly enjoyed the bike trip to the fishing village, providing a unique and memorable experience. The interior of the hotel was modern and new, adding to the overall comfort and quality of my stay.
