The customer service was top-notch! the staff were very attentive and friendly, making our stay very enjoyable. We were greeted with warm smiles and open arms, and they were very helpful with all our needs. the hotel's location was very convenient, close to many attractions we wanted to visit. the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus that we appreciated.

The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. the shower curtain was noticeably dirty and stained, and it really put a damper on the overall experience.
