Our stay in this hotel was fantastic! The location is amazing, just a stone's throw from Ben Thanh Market and the exhilarating night market. It made exploring our favourite attractions incredibly easy. Additionally, getting to many areas beyond Ben Thanh Market was a little more difficult, but manageable. The rooms were spotless, including the bathroom, and the service was outstanding. The breakfast had plenty of choices and catered to all tastes. We loved the stunning rooftop pool and the great view it provided!

Sadly, the gym room felt small and outdated.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say I had a wonderful experience. This place is situated right beside a market, which proved to be quite convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's location is right in the centre, which makes it easy to get around and experience the area. The service was impeccable from the doorman to the chef. The staff went above and beyond my expectations throughout my stay. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a sitting area and a flat-screen TV. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool, which was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently stayed at a hotel in HCMC that exceeded my expectations - Winsuites Saigon. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions and near Ben Thanh Market. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well, making it easy to communicate with them. The rooms were extra spacious and very clean, with modern amenities. it was a fantastic hotel experience and I highly recommend it.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was just a minute or two away from Ben Thanh Market and the Street Food Market, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, it was close to Takashimaya department store, which offered a great selection of restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were kind and attentive. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the hotel facilities, including the pool, were enjoyable.

The staff at Winsuites Saigon were phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so comfortable and welcome. They went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and provide excellent service. The waiters and waitresses were all so friendly and nice, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the staff pressing the elevator button or opening the door for us. The commitment and dedication of every staff member to their duties and to making our stay enjoyable was truly impressive. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food choices. The afternoon "tea" was outstanding as well. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, and the rooftop pool, gym, and bar were the icing on the cake.

The shower was not consistent, with the water temperature being difficult to regulate. the noise from the street could be heard in our room which disrupted our sleep.

The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable, giving us the most restful sleep we had during our trip. The breakfast was delicious, with good coffee and the option to order a fresh omelette. The pool was also a great feature, offering a nice view. we highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a comfortable and friendly stay.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. the staff were extremely attentive and allowed us to check in early. They even went above and beyond to return a hat that we accidentally left in the bin. the breakfast was delicious and the pool was great for relaxing. Mr Vincent, in particular, was a standout with his helpfulness. the location was excellent, with easy access to the city's attractions. We were also impressed by the free shower facilities provided on the 11th floor after check-out. Both the small room and the larger suite we stayed in were clean, comfortable, and quiet despite the nearby construction. a fantastic experience at Winsuites Saigon.
