Lovely villa hotel with beautiful rooms and a peaceful poolside setting. Friendly and helpful staff who provide great information about recommended tour companies. Short walk into town. Amazing breakfast.

zen boutique hoi an exceeded my expectations once again during my recent stay. from the warm and attentive staff to the delicious breakfast that changed daily, everything was perfect. the cozy rooms and spacious bathtubs made me feel right at home. the free bicycles were a bonus for exploring the nearby beach and old town.

Tv had limited channels.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in Hoi An and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the city's landmarks and just a short stroll down to the beach. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a meditation area and a pool.

There was a slight damp smell in one of the rooms.

The location was quite far from the town centre and main attractions, making it harder to get around for those without a car. the staff at reception was often unfriendly and unaccommodating when trying to arrange transportation.
