My recent stay at Taj Pamodzi was absolutely fantastic. I was in Lusaka for a week on a business trip and this hotel was the perfect choice. The central location made it easy to access everything I needed, and the spacious grounds provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the well-maintained swimming pool and beautiful garden. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great views. The staff were friendly and the outdoor area was lovely. But the real standout for me was the food - the variety on the menu was impressive, and everything I tried was delicious. Taj Pamodzi has truly mastered the art of culinary excellence. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

My recent stay at Taj Pamodzi was wonderful. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the rooms, restaurant, pool, and gym. The main entrance staff were welcoming and friendly. I was especially impressed with the food packing service, as they provided a delicious packed breakfast for our early morning departure. The luggage collection service was also excellent.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. Additionally, the manager of the lounge near the dining area had some poor customer service skills, trying to move us from a seating area that was supposedly reserved, despite nobody showing up for a long time.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We loved the spacious and well-decorated public areas, with attention to detail. the buffet had a vast range of options, and the coffee was excellent. the hotel's location was convenient and accessible for our romantic escape.

The check-in service and customer service need improvement. the facilities, such as the gym, were run down and in need of renovation and upkeep.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable with two balconies. Food, especially at the grill restaurant, is of high quality. Coffee bar stays open till late. Gym is recommended by colleagues.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the clean and comfortable rooms, the delicious food at the restaurant, and the well-maintained poolside. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The hotel also had excellent WiFi and an ATM nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, especially Jonathan, Paul, Patrick, Frank, Happy. The manager, Frederic, was very accommodating. The hotel facilities were great, including the well-maintained poolside area. The food at the restaurant was excellent, with a diverse menu offering Chinese, Indian, Zambian, conventional, snack. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to an outdoor restaurant with a beautiful water view. Additionally, the hotel was close to shopping malls, making it convenient for me to explore the area.

There was an issue with the restaurant staff refusing to pack breakfast for a guest, even though it had already been paid for in the room charge. This behavior was unacceptable and left a negative impression.

Amazing food, especially the baked yogurt and Indian cuisine. The General Manager, Mr Sanjeev, is an engaging ambassador. The rooms are well serviced and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The luxurious amenities and exceptional service at this hotel made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. the Spa & Wellness centre provided a wide array of treatments, including body scrubs, massages and facials, which left me feeling rejuvenated. the staff were friendly and always available to assist with any needs. the garden area was a peaceful oasis within the central city and the gourmet restaurant provided delicious meals with a range of options for all dietary requirements.

My only minor issue was with the breakfast setup. While the food options were delicious and well-presented, the seating arrangements were cramped and could use some improvement.

The value for money at Taj Pamodzi was great, with spacious and well-appointed rooms, comfortable beds, and a friendly staff. I appreciated the convenient location and the smooth check-in/check-out process.
