The hotel was very well located, right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk to all the main tourist spots and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the plaza. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the room was cozy and the bed was comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

There was no air conditioning in the room, which was a bit uncomfortable during the hot weather. the fan provided did help a bit, but it would have been more convenient to have AC. Additionally, the front desk staff could have been more welcoming and personable.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with daily cleaning and fresh bedding. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast, included in the price, offers a variety of delicious options, including Mexican pastries. Free Wi-Fi and computer access are available for guests.

One downside is that the hotel's laundry service seemed expensive and resulted in clothes being damaged or lost.

Amazing location right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the main square. the staff at the coffee shop provided excellent 5-star service and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. the room facing the interior courtyard was surprisingly quiet and the bathroom was clean and updated.

The lack of decoration and TLC in the hotel was evident, with dark hallways and a need for updating and cleaning. the rooms were small and compact, almost feeling like small cubicles, and the AC units could use an upgrade.

One room had no hot water and a clogged toilet, which were only resolved after multiple complaints. Some minor issues like a soft bed, noisy ventilation, and difficulty adjusting the shower temperature.

We were able to explore the city easily and there were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and tourist hotspots within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all of our needs were met. The rooms were cozy and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the balcony that overlooked the city center park and gave us fantastic views day and night. The hotel also offered great amenities such as room service, car hire, and shops. It truly enhanced our experience and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Staying in this hotel left us with a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool and massage services are top-notch. the full body massage we received was an absolute treat and provided a relaxing experience that made our stay complete. the garden area was soothing to walk around and added a touch of nature to the venue. the room advantages were exclusive and made us feel right at home. The in-room breakfast was a great way to start our day, and the breakfast was among the best we have tasted. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the service. Although the staff was friendly, the service wasn't prompt as we expected. Nonetheless, it did not deter our overall experience.
