The reception gave me local tips. Visited Longcheng Plaza and Sam Levi Shopping Centre, both within 5 km. Sadly, no lift to the first, second, third, or fourth floors!

How lovely not to have a lift to the higher floors! .

My friends and I had a blast exploring the city and hitting up HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT. the location was dope with easy access to cool spots.

Would love to see a hip rooftop bar for late-night vibes.

First off, the central location was super handy, close to the National Gallery and surrounded by government buildings. Safety was top-notch with 24/7 security. the spacious room was a sanctuary, and the reliable internet was a huge plus. Breakfast was tailored to your liking and the staff, particularly Shadreck and Agatha, were warm and accommodating.

On the flip side, I wished the restaurant stayed open for dinner, and having in-house currency exchange would've been convenient. Some guests noted noise and chill in the outdoor rooms, missing amenities like a fridge and blow dryer, but overall, a solid place for a short stay.

So welcoming and helpful. the location is SUPER CONVENIENT, close to the center and tons of fast food places nearby. the daily room cleaning is mind, blowing, and the housekeeping team deserves all the stars! Plus, getting a taxi is super easy, and the airport is just a short drive away. Staff even switched my room immediately when I asked for a fridge , talk about top, notch service! .

the hotel is spotless and well-located - just steps from government offices. the staff shared great local tips. breakfast is pay-as-you-go but worth it for a good start to the day.
