The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to the main attractions and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The food was delicious, with a wide selection to choose from. The gardens were beautiful and well-maintained, providing a peaceful environment to relax in. The hotel had a lovely pool, perfect for a refreshing swim.

The hotel lacked a personal touch, feeling a bit impersonal at times. The plumbing and air-conditioning could use some improvement, as they were a bit outdated and creaky.

Magnificent style, comfortable rooms, exemplary staff, superb meals - both food and service. Talks of modernizing, but hoped changes are minimal, focusing on modern technology.

My Easter weekend at this hotel was amazing! the beautiful garden area provided a breathtaking view of the rail bridge connecting two countries. It was also the perfect spot to see the mist rising from the waterfall. I loved the old-world charm it offered with pictures and antiques from years gone by. the rooms were comfy and functional with views of the inner gardens. the friendly staff made the experience even better.

The slow service. the reception misspelled our family name and it took a while to get it corrected.
