My recent stay at Holiday Inn was excellent! I was in town for work and the hotel's convenient location made my commute a breeze. The whirlpool spa room was absolutely amazing and allowed me to relax after a long day. The lobby and rooms were impeccably clean, and overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel was awesome and very friendly. They were attentive to all our needs and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The prices for the rooms were also reasonable and offered good value for money.

Some amenities, such as the TV and phone in the room, were not functioning properly. However, overall, our stay was satisfactory.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, with many great restaurants nearby in the Stockyard area. In addition, there were plenty of things to do close by, making it easy to find entertainment.

The hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and restaurants. We were able to easily explore the area and find great places to eat. Additionally, the hotel had modern and up-to-date facilities, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. One more advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome and attended to our needs.

We had some issues during our stay. First, there were multiple instances of room mix-ups, which caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration.

The front desk attendants were friendly and remembered my name. The cleaning staff did a great job. The pool was loved by my son. The location was easy to navigate, despite road construction. Breakfast was unfortunately unavailable due to a late employee. Kristal/Kristen, the bartender, was amazing and provided a great experience.

There were a few negatives to our experience. the breakfast was not included, which was a disappointment as we were expecting it to be.

This hotel was in a great area, close to restaurants and on I-35. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with basic amenities like 2 queen beds and a second television. The "free" breakfast was included and served rather than continental, which was a nice touch. I was happy with the rate I paid.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The hotel is in a great area close to many restaurants in the Stockyard area, with much to do in the immediate area. The staff were excellent and very friendly, providing service car hire, dry cleaning and other shops/commercial services. The room was very comfortable and spacious with many amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, sitting area, in-room safe. The leisure facilities were also great, with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and free wi-fi in rooms.
