The hotel is conveniently located near the Marina, offering a beautiful view of the waterfront. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of hot water. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a variety of tasty options to choose from. the hotel has facilities such as air conditioning and free wifi, enhancing the overall experience for guests.

Parking can be a hassle as there is no dedicated parking available.

The view from our balcony at Hotel Real was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the beautiful bay right from our room and it was a delight to wake up to every morning. The location was perfect, being so close to the promenade and the beach made it incredibly convenient. The room itself was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The family who ran the hotel were lovely and always went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast was varied and delicious, providing a great start to our day. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a lack of curtains in one of the rooms and spotty internet connection, our overall experience at Hotel Real was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sarande. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Real and would definitely choose to stay there again.

Great location near the bus terminals and strip. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The breakfast was delicious, providing a good start to the day.

No lift or elevator made it difficult to carry bags up the rounded stairs. The bed was uncomfortable and not of standard size.
