Good , Upon arriving, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the accommodating staff. Our room was spacious, well, decorated, and equipped with luxurious amenities that made our stay comfortable and unforgettable. We enjoyed frequenting the outdoor swimming pool and relaxing in the beautiful garden area.

Bad , While the hotel offered many fabulous features, one minor issue we had was with the restaurant service. the staff at the poolside snack bar seemed a bit unorganized and sometimes overlooked our needs, causing minor inconvenience.

Despite some setbacks, my Xmas vacation was bearable because of two things: the enormous and lush pool and the stunning design of the hotel's facilities. I was also fortunate enough to stay in a room with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. the location, albeit far from the city, was ideal for those looking for a peaceful retreat.

the poor communication with the staff, as half of them didn't speak English and were very unhelpful. Lastly, the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to expectations.
