The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs. The highlight of our stay was when the manager surprised me with a brand new hairdryer when I mentioned needing one for my curly hair. It was truly a gesture of genuine kindness. Despite the lack of an elevator, the hotel staff was always there to help us with our bags. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and enjoyable retreat after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, attentive staff, and overall pleasant experience.

Although the hotel doesn't have an elevator, the staff assured us that they are planning to install one soon. Additionally, the initial difficulty in finding the hotel due to an incorrect address is being resolved as they plan to move the entrance to a more well-known street.

The location is perfect, just minutes away from the bustling Piazza Navona, and the staff provided me with a map and insightful directions to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They even arranged airport transfers for us and provided local recommendations. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants.- The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with excellent amenities.

The bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but we still managed to get a good night's sleep. It would have been nice if facial tissues were provided in the room.
