We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful property with friendly staff, amazing food, and great facilities. The hotel also provided convenient services like a ski store and frequent transportation to the lifts. The view of the mountains was breathtaking, and the bar was a wonderful place to unwind.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The front desk staff at Park Piolets were extremely helpful and made sure to communicate with us before our arrival. They assisted us in making reservations and organizing our activities. They were also fluent in English, which was a relief since my Spanish is not very strong. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the nice bathroom products provided. We had a corner room with a great view of the ski hill, thanks to the large balcony. Despite being near the elevator, the room was quiet and insulated well. The hotel's lounge, breakfast, KAO restaurant, and spa were all enjoyable. The onsite ski rental was also accommodating and helpful, even though we didn't use their services.

Enjoyed the views from my spacious and spotlessly clean room. The variety of hot and cold food available at breakfast and dinner was excellent. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and the spa facilities provided a great place to relax at the end of a hard day's skiing.

I found there was some confusion about pricing and reception at times. It would have been nice to have access to water or refreshments in the spa area.

Amazing stay!

We had an incredible 5-day stay at a hotel in room 325. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a better room free of charge, which really set a positive tone for our holiday. As Celiacs, we were concerned about dining options, but the Restaurant and Kitchen staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent and everything was impeccably clean. While the hotel is a bit pricey, it is definitely worth the money. We splurged on a family massage at the spa and it was absolutely heavenly - the kids loved it too! We truly have nothing to complain about and are grateful for everyone who made our stay so memorable.

Nothing it is perfect.

We had an amazing stay at this mountain hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to the provincial airport and everything in the village. The rooms are clean and spacious, with modern bathrooms and high-quality amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and the views from the balcony are stunning. Additionally, the hotel has a kids club that kept our children entertained throughout the day.

That the casino at the hotel was quite small and didn't offer a wide variety of games.

Staying at this hotel provided an exclusive experience with the luxurious amenities offered. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with various facilities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and treatments such as a full body massage and facial. The beauty treatment services were fantastic too, with the manicure and pedicure being particularly enjoyable. Additionally, the restaurant provided an excellent buffet breakfast with a wide selection of dishes and dietary options, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to enjoy a drink in the evening.

The only minor issue we encountered was having to pay for tap water at dinner, which seemed excessive for a 5-star hotel. Nonetheless, the service from the staff was friendly and professional, with the amenities making the stay a luxurious one.

The hotel had excellent outside hot spa and indoor sauna and steam rooms, which were very enjoyable. The location was fantastic, as I could walk to the complimentary free hotel bus that took me up to the gondola in just 1 minute. The bus had regular pickups back to the hotel every 10 minutes until 5 pm, making transportation convenient. The breakfast offered plenty of options and the staff were friendly.
