The hotel was conveniently located near the UN and other offices, making it a busy spot for business travelers. the room had a great view of the lake and mountains. the large, comfortable bed was a highlight.

The public areas felt a bit excessive and overwhelming, especially when the hotel was quieter. the bathroom layout wasted a lot of space with a large corridor.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. We loved the helpfulness of Kevin from the Bell department and Nicolas from the Concierge department. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return on our next trip to Geneva.

Slightly overpriced, but everything in the city is expensive. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere with Swiss precision. Recommended for non-budget travelers.

The staff, particularly Sara and Victoria in the restaurant, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food throughout the day was excellent, especially the delicious breakfast. The bedroom was perfectly set up and comfortable. I loved the hotel's proximity to the United Nations Headquarters and the artsy vibe it had. it was a very enjoyable stay with warm memories to cherish.

The hotel's location on the outskirts of the city was perfect for a peaceful getaway, and the easy transfer via the No 5 bus from the airport was convenient. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel had a relaxed ambience, and I particularly enjoyed dining at the Woods Restaurant and by the poolside. The food was not only excellent in presentation but also had a fantastic taste. The cherry on top was the stunning city panorama that I got to admire from my room, creating warm memories that I will cherish.

Wonderful Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this 5-star hotel during my Viking cruise extension. The staff was sophisticated and efficient, and the room was lovely with an extremely comfortable bed. The hotel's location made it convenient to explore the city, with a short tram ride to the city center and free bus passes for tourists. The breakfasts were fantastic, offering a buffet and the option to order from a menu. The hotel also had excellent amenities, including an outdoor pool and fitness center. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Geneva.

The view of Geneva, including the famous fountain, lake, and mountains, is breathtaking. The bed was large and comfortable with luxurious linens. The hotel also provides a free pass for local public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Lastly, there is a convenient bus stop nearby for transportation to the airport and town center.

The location was perfect, being near the conference venue. The hotel also had a stunning view and a great swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was amazing and check-out time on our last day was at 12, giving us plenty of time. Another bonus was that the hotel was right on the bus route 5 from the airport, which made transportation easy. Additionally, there was a supermarket right next door, allowing us to buy supplies at cheaper prices than the hotel.
