Lovely clean hotel, great location, just minutes away from the train station. The bar was friendly and inviting, and our basic room was beautiful. We had a separate toilet near the door and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower and bath. The huge TV was a nice touch. We were even given the choice of a high or low room at check-in, which was a great personal touch.

The staff at Novotel were absolutely fantastic as always. Friendly, welcoming, and couldn't do enough for us. Added to that was the fantastic location and comfortable, clean rooms. That is why we come back time and time again - the warm welcome and consistent quality. The pool and gym were a highlight of the stay, and the lounge and reception areas were very welcoming. The bed was large and very comfy, and breakfast was good. The hotel also had a swimming pool and steam room, which was a great amenity for relaxation.

They made me feel welcome from the minute I arrived, remembering my name when I went down to reception later. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond. The room was great too, with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities.

Had a fantastic Easter break here! the rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, perfect for me and my son. We also loved the quiet atmosphere at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. the hotel's location was amazing, with convenient parking available. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from.

My son was told he couldn't swim with a t-shirt on, which made him feel uncomfortable due to his body dysmorphia. It would have been helpful if the staff had taken the time to explain the policy instead of abruptly stating it.

Excellent location near train, bus station, theatres, shops. Nice pool, gym, dining room. Breakfast was great. Helpful staff. Plenty of free toiletries, including comb, vanity kit, sewing kit, tea, coffee.

I had a great value for my money at the Novotel in Sheffield. The room was comfortable and the bed was perfect for my back pain. The location was convenient for shops, restaurants, and transportation. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and responsive.
