The noise insulation in the hotel could be improved. We could hear conversations from the reception area and noises from the restaurant above our room, which was a bit disruptive at times.

Our Christmas stay was unpleasant due to the lack of sleep caused by the poor soundproofing of the rooms. We were unable to have a relaxing time as the noise from the restaurant above kept us up late at night and woke us up early in the morning.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Aca in El Calafate. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the town, as it was within walking distance of the bus station and the main street, San Martin. the friendly and helpful English-speaking staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was a nice size and impeccably clean, with a sleek Scandinavian mid-century modern design that I really appreciated. Breakfast in the restaurant was satisfying, with a variety of options including pastries, fruit, cheese, ham, cereal. A highlight of the hotel was the second-floor "play room" with computers, books, and comfortable seating, which was a great space to unwind.
