The hotel is located in a great area called Palermo Soho, known for its trendy restaurants and bars. Right next door is a superb Asian restaurant called Cantina Sunae. The rooms are big, comfortable, and clean, with excellent beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the WiFi connection is reliable.

The lack of soundproofing in the windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially if there are parties or fights happening outside.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. the location was surprisingly good, as it was walking distance from all the spots we were visiting in Palermo. We were able to easily explore the vibrant neighborhood and enjoy the lively nightlife. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Their excellent service truly enhanced our experience.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the live music scene around the area. Breakfast was good and we appreciated the fact that two complementary items were offered. the hotel was conveniently situated near some beautiful parks and great shopping venues.

The noise from the surrounding bars and streets was quite loud, especially during the small hours of the night. The walk to reach the nearest metro station was quite far, but we found that taxis were cheap and easy to get.

As old people, we loved the convenient location in Palermo, within walking distance to both Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. The hotel also had modern facilities and a rooftop area for breakfast, which was perfect for enjoying the city views. The staff, especially Nicholas, were extremely helpful and made our stay even better. a great place for us to explore the trendy bars and restaurants in the area.
