I had a really comfortable stay at a conveniently located hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was cozy. I also enjoyed the nearby restaurant and bar options. I'll recommend this hotel.

Stayed at a hotel in central location on my city trip. Loved the minimalist furnishing style in my rooms - it made me feel so modern and comfy. Enjoyed the easy walking distance to many good restaurants and bars as well as shopping of the area.

Found it hard to book online with non-Spanish skills. the room was a bit warm and took some time to cool down to a comfortable temperature.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the center of the city was perfect for us, as it was very near the beautiful Florida walking street in the MicroCenter. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They offered excellent service, including room service, car hire, and even dry cleaning. The bell staff/porter were always available to assist us with our luggage, and the housekeeping team ensured that our room was clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle, as it made our travel experience hassle-free. The hotel amenities, such as the swimming pool and spa & wellness centre, provided a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The overall quality of service and the attention to detail made us feel like valued guests.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas and a nice shopping center. The room is clean and the staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection, although some items could be of better quality. The hotel has a nice reception area.

The carpet in the room was badly stained and seemed to have not been cleaned properly.
