I stayed for 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. Had to get clean towels from the desk daily. Room was never serviced, had to leave trash in the hall. the lobby was nice and the pool area clean. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

The lobby, bar, and conference facilities were beautifully designed and appealing. We were pleasantly surprised with a city view room, which was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring all of the city.

During our stay, the queen beds in our room were uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there was a persistent sewer smell near the elevators that was quite unpleasant.

I stayed at the Doubletree for a trade show. the location was perfect, close to the event. Staff was friendly, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Free parking was easily accessible. the pool and gym were fantastic, with fresh towels and great equipment. They even had delicious fresh cookies at the front desk!
